	Waveney ShiMS  is a self-help group for people with MS and their carers. They meet on the first and third Friday of each month between 10am and 12 noon at Pakefield Church Hall. They also meet on the third Wednesday of each month between 6pm and 8pm at the Louise Hamilton Centre at the James Paget Hospital.
