	DIAL provides advice and information to disabled and vulnerable residents of Great Yarmouth, including specialist advice and support on all aspects of the benefits' system.

	Disability Advice North East Suffolk (DANES) provides advice and information to disabled and vulnerable residents of the Lowestoft area. Offering support with Benefits, Employment, Education, Housing, Council Tax, Volunteering, Local Welfare Services, Health, Support Groups, Leisure, Sport, Travel and Transport, Access and Mobility.

	Carers Matter Norfolk is a countywide service funded by Norfolk County Council and the NHS to provide support to unpaid carers. All services are free and available to people aged 18+ caring for someone aged 18+.

	Brainwave Independence Group provides quality support for people with brain injury and disability. They are a local charity, based in Lowestoft, set up to ensure that the people supported receive the very best to enable them to achieve their full potential.

	Norfolk Community Law Service provides a range of free, independent, confidential legal services including Legal Advice on Employment, Debt Advice, and Welfare Benefits Advice & Representation.

	East Suffolk Council offers a range of community services, including: Disability Forums - set up as a reference groups to help East Suffolk Council to listen, learn and consult with disabled people. The Community Help Hub - provides front line support to some of the most vulnerable residents, offering help with health, wellbeing, money and accessing services.

	Headway Suffolk & Norfolk offers advice, support, rehabilitation, and support services to anyone (over the age of 16) who has, during their lifetime, sustained a brain injury through traumatic accident, stroke, virus, tumour, neurological condition or other similar event.

	The Benjamin Foundation supports children, young people and families throughout Norfolk and Suffolk, the services provided includes childcare, mental health, youth, family, and housing support services in many forms.

	Suffolk Family Carers works together to ensure unpaid family carers of all ages across Suffolk are visible, valued, supported, and connected. Providing information, advice, and support to thousands of family carers each year to help them live fuller lives.
